The Five Acts
✨ Awakening – First Course | Upper Patio
Hamachi & lobster tail crudo with cucumber consommé, Fresno chili, lime juice, and finger lime pearls.
🫧 Alchemy – Second Course | Atrium
Puffed squid ink cracker with charred corn purée and grilled octopus.
🌿 Roots – Third Course | Lounge
Local mushroom medley with mushroom duxelles, black garlic purée, and roasted Romanesco.
🔥 Rebirth – Fourth Course | Lawn
La Caille’s red wine–glazed rabbit, grilled yakitori-style over charcoal. Honey balsamic glazed carrots, farro, and potato gaufrette.
🌸 Bloom – Fifth Course | Glass House / Garden Room
Garden-inspired dessert: Red velvet beet cake, brown butter, cream cheese frosting, chocolate mousse, raspberry coulis.
